Loved this hotel, had 1 fine day here. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with bedroom and a nice view and view of the as expected. It had very central location close to Ferry Terminal.

In overall, the place is brilliant, has respectful staff in terms of service. The location is in the heart of the city, around 10 minutes walk from a bus station.

Upscale hotel, neat, obliging staff and the beds were perfect. Retro furniture and private bathroom, coffee, WiFi and climate control in the room. The authentic restaurant food was superb! Amazing service during our very comfortable stay.

Special hotel with secure location and cheap rooms. Astonishing view, a lovely balcony, comfortable bed, too. Refined restaurant and poolside bar on-site. The staff was TOP-CLASS, they offered an efficient service.

All in all, I spend my time very nicely. Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant L' Imbarcadero. I had a lake view from my room.
The breakfast was average, unfortunately.

It was worth its 4 stars. We loved comfort and views - just GREAT. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre. We had goodies and coffee at Gelateria Lariana, it was located next door to the venue.

The hotel location is unbeatable & we got a room facing the lake. A terrace was the best part. We liked staying at Metropole Suisse. The property is very close to baradello castle;)))

It had lovely views and staff, they offered free Wi Fi. Quiet rooms for hotel guests. Special note of thanks to manager.
